macbok pro
Is this a hard drive that will work with my macbook pro. Can it be partitioned to allow time machine and operating system back up etc. Use my macbook mainly for music creation so need a reliable external hard drive. Any other suggestions?

If you can connect it with a USB or FW cable the answer would be yes. It should work just fine.
