The Mac Mini's Digital Output

Hello everyone, I'm new here so I am unsure if this is the correct place to post this.

What I am asking, will these surround sound speakers work with the mac mini's digital output? or will I need extra software or hardware for them to work properly?

Hmm- from what I can see, you shouldn't need any special connectors or anything, and I don't think you need any more software. I could be wrong on both counts though, but that's just what it looks like to me.

I thought the same, I just wanted to confirm that I was right. I am going to buy them, I think they can be returned within 30 days so it shouldn't be a problem.
