arranging icons on iphone 2g( not wiggle)

Hi i dont know if anything exists but i really get frustrated when i have to keep moving individual icon across several pages and wondered if there is any software for my mac that will allow me to make this process easier! thanks i have about five pages of icons organised nicely and when one fills up i have to move everything.

I don't mean to be rude, but this just seems to be a silly thing to complain about. Maybe just have less apps?
