You can do it manually in iTunes.

If you want to bulk tag your library with Lyrics, try MPFreaker or iLyric.

iLyric wont download and mpfreaker is after $20, any other suggestions?

gimmesometune is free, but you have to play each song then it will get them.

it didn't really work for me, i edited some lyrics within the app and they were still the same on iTunes :(

edit: i have to send the lyrics to iTunes? i'd never guess this one.
