howdy there:)
i have a wee prob that i'd like some help with if possible.
i ran a system check with onyx and maintenance, and found that my disk needs to be repaired. so i followed the instructions and inserted my start up disk to run the disk utility app from the cd.the app doesn't seem to open and it keeps quitting down unexpectedly. i get this message when i see why:

you could try repairing permissions first but I would seriously consider getting an external and trying to back-up first

cool man, cool. i may burn all my documents etc onto a few cds or so.i guess then i'd have to reinstall leopard??
any ideas what the problem is btw???

just as a last thing, make sure your install DVD is nice and clean and have another go
