I recently upgraded to uTorrent ver 0.9.0.4 & since then I am seeing my CPU usage hover around 90% [using iStat] & 100% of that 90% is being used by utorrent. This is causing my MacBook heat up...earlier it used to run at a cool 35deg celcius, now its at 60 :[ with the fans on fun blast...& all this is with only utorrent running, nothing else.
Due to this switching bet. apps such as iphoto & firefox has become slow.Earlier it used to be instant, now there is a lag of about 5 seconds before the response...

Any solutions/ideas...please help
Thanks in advance

Solution is simple: Stop using uTorrent for now. It's in beta testing and still has issues to be ironed out. This overuse of system resources may be one.
