10.5.6 problems ever since with jpgs

I have been doing photos in Photoshop and mailing them but ever since I updated my OS to 10.5.6 My PC buddies have been having problems saving jpg's from me. They say they open and are viewed but they can not save them to there computers Any ideas what they mean? I never used a PC I don't know what to tell them

Just got an email and when they save it it saves as this

!cid_01BF8452-924D-4488-8A43-073BA886083A@chn

Any clue ewhat that is?
