3rd party apps crashing to homescreen?

So my iPod touch's 3rd party apps (all of them) are crashing to the home screen, and even after a reboot, power on and power off and "Reset all Settings" from the settings menu, none work. Even reinstalling apps doesnt work. Any ideas on what to do? I have version 2.2
