Anti-Virus Software

Hey guys,

Do I need antivirus for using my Mac ? I've heard they're more secure than PCs.

I use a MacBook mainly for word-processing and email / internet, on my Home and my familys' wireless networks. Both are secure. I very occasionally use other public wireless networks.

I use OS X 10.4.11, but will soon be upgrading to Leopard.

No viruses will be able to infect your OS X installation and the few trojans out there require you to give them your user name and password.
