I don't see what grounds Apple could sue them on.
Intel iMacs and MacBooks can run Windows XP... but that isn't a MacBook. It's a 12" iBook.
And even that can run Windows XP in fullscreen with Virtual PC.

lol I constantly keep seeing this commercial when Im watching tv. One thing that I have noticed though is that when I watch tv shows or movies, chances are that they show Apple computers over PCs in the program. Why is that?

The computers are usually props with the screen added in post-production. Most of the time they don't even know the difference. You see it in print ads for the same reasons.

Also the apple logos are blocked out. This company probably just tells people to defrag their drives :)

I have seen this many times and Apple would not even bother. Like DB said you can have Windows on a Mac anyway so it could get those screens while booted into Windows.

The Ad that bugs me is the one for NetFilx where way back they showed the dood doing the talking using an iBook running NetFiix software when up until recently an iBook would never run NetFlix software. Still, Apple has more important things to do then go after things like this.

You seem to be overly sentimental about Apple's image. Apple has a legal team who handles these sort of things, no need to get all melodramatic about it.
