Using a USB flash drive for memory??

I learned of a cool trick where you can use a USB flash drive for extra memory with Win XP or Vista. Is this possible with OSX also? It would be nice to boost my memory on those rare occasions when I'm running fusion or some other memory-hungry program.

Nope, not on OS X. I can't see it being a very effective usage of a flash drive either. RAM has tremendously fast read/write speeds. Most flash drives can hardly break 50/5MB/s.
