something is wrong with my safari

i uploaded 2 screenshots taken when i use safari on my mac. the problem with my safari is erm dont know how to put this exactly, the pictures wont show. in the 1st screenshot, the google picture is not there and the 2nd screenshot is taken from yahoo. please help me, i've tried reinstall a lot of times and i also reset my safari a few times but the problem is still there.

What is that button next to the refresh button, the one with the scissors?

It allows you to open the page in dashboard.

Back to the original question look in your safari preferences in security see if cookies are enabled.

Try deleting the plist file. ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist
