Endnote and Cite while you write

Every time when I am using Endnotes Cite while you write my word document shuts down most of the time without backup - gngngngngn

anyone an idea how to prevent this?

I've experiencing the same problem. As soon as I go to Tools->EndNote X2-> Find Citations... Word automatically closes (losing any unsaved work).

Unfortunately this doesn't always happen - sometimes EndNote and wrod work together fine, but most of the time Word closes.

Just updated EndNote to 2.0.1 (no change for this problem) and I'm running Word 2004 (11.5.3).

Any suggestions?
