I slipstreamed my old XP cd with SP2, and it installed like a charm on my old macbook. Now today I just got my new alu 13" macbook.. and well.. for some odd reason it no longer works, when i insert my slipstreamed CD.

I just get the "installer could not be found" error.. and what up with the missing "install from disc image" option? I figured that was gonna be my solution, but now thats gone as well!

Part of slipstreaming includes extracting the bootloader files from the original disc and setting the burning software specially to imbed them.. Did you do that?
