Nano 4G click wheel problem?

Hey guys, as you probably noticed from other posts that I bought a 4G nano. Its a 16gig Product Red edition.

My problem is that sometime (not often) that the click wheel from about 6 o'clock (play button) to 9 o'clock (click left) fails to scroll etc where as the rest of the wheel responds perfected, its been a number of times now this has happened, so what do you guys recommend to try and fix it, or what the problem is?

Ok, I have tried restoring it to see if that makes any difference, if not will I be able to take it back to the Apple store and see what they say? How would fixing it be done as I have an engraving done on the back? Would they send it back to Apple?

Yep, still doing the same, its not often, but seems to be the whole click wheel playing up

Will take it back to my local Apple store and hopefully they can help me out!
