Resume Writer on Microsoft Word, different language

My wife got me microsoft word for my macbook and it works fine, and I can find the resume builder, but it's all in some other language. What gives? Everything else in project manager comes up in some other language (maybe French?). I checked the language under tools and the language was on English. I'm a mac noob, so it may be something obvious, lol. Any help would be appreciated!
