How do I transfer everything in one Mac to another?

I currently have a 2.2 Macbook (white) that I am selling to my roommate and purchasing a new 2.4 13.3" Macbook on Friday. How is the best way to transfer all my files, itunes, programs, etc from my old computer to my new one?

Use Migration Assistant and plug the two computers together using a networking cable. It's so easy. I just did it the other day when I was transferring all my old stuff from my old MacBook to my new MacBook. It took just a couple hours ;D
