Mobile web sites appearing on my MacBook?

In the last three days I noticed that when I go to certain websites such as Welcome to Facebook! | Facebook or www.accuweather.com, I either get a prompt to download the mobile app (Facebook) or I get the mobile version of the site (accuweather). This happens in all of my browsers - Safari, FF, and Camino. The URLs are appearing as: m.facebook.com or http://www.accuweather.com/m/default.aspx?cid=0&p=AWX, both mobile ones.

Yet if I go to Login | Facebook that works fine or AccuWeather.com Weather: Local Weather Forecasts & International Weather, both of these work fine.

Ideas? Thanks!

In Safari go to the develop menu on top and see what your user agent is.

Hope that helps
