After using AIM on my iPhone earlier today, which I have done before, I attempted to sign onto iChat, yet it continued to say "Connecting". I attempted to reset my password on aim, but the website stated "We're sorry. We do not have enough information to reset your password." I know this is screen name specific because when I attempt to sign onto other screen names it lets me, and when i sign onto other screen names with intentionally incorrect passwords it gives me the typical "wrong password" error. Yet when I intentionally change the password on my screen name, it just continues to connect me. Help Please!
