I'm about to purchase an Acer 22" flat panel and wanted to know how to use the dual screen feature with my Powerbook G4. Thanks so much.

MBP 15 inch 2.4ghz Peryn 4 gig
As long as you have a powerbook with a good enough graphics card to support the resolution on the 22 inch monitor, all you have to do is plug in the DVI cable, and it should auto configure things for you. You can change display resolutions for each individual monitor in system preferences. What version of Powerbook G4 do you have?
