With a google search I have discovered Audioscrobbler is a plugin for iTunes related to last.fm try disabling that plugin and see how it works.

you could try downloading it again from apple and re-installing or from your install disc. Your Library should stay intact

Try uninstalling the plugin completely rather than just deactivating it

I tried to, but it also doesn´t work, so I´m thinking to change my music player, any idea of other good software?

You shouldn't need to change your music player, there should be a simple fix. Call Apple, or take it into a store.
