Hey there - just been changing some of my default icons & now when I go to eject media via the trash can, the eject icon normally display has been replaced by a white rectangle with a small curl in the top right hand corner.

Does anyone know how to reset this back to the default icon?

edit: or to be honest - does anyone know how to reset all my icons in 10.5? I've tried deleting the new icon but that doesn't work...

No problems now...all sorted. Found LiteIcon's restore all icons to work!
