How hard is is to use dreamweaver?

basically i'm living outside of atlantic city and he's at school in philly so i'd have to take an hour drive for this $50 dollars and i dont want to get there and not be able to do it. i'm googling this sh1t out of dreamweaver right now but please post up all you think i should know

My friend has a CS class at school (it's an elective, he's a lit major with no computer knowledge) and needs to make a 3-page website in dreamweaver, with a table of contents type page. It's due tomorrow and he has no idea what to do and said he'd give me 50 bucks to make it for him. I have absolutely no experience with dreamweaver but how hard can it be to figure out?
