High Speed scanner

Can anyone recommend a high speed sheetfed scanner that is compatible with Mac OS X? I've looked at the Xerox Documate 252 and the Fujitsu 4120C and it looks like neither supports OS X. I'm looking for something under the $1000 range. Thanks
