Ok, click on Adium in the toolbar and Then on Privacy Settings. Click on Privacy Level and this is what options you have. That should solve it for you.

where is the toolbar. i have the newest adium. and ill click adium and then privacy setting there. but when i click only allow people on my clntact list my blocked people sighn on too
what i need is for my block list people to stay blocked and only accept im's from people i added
