Block cookie from one site only?

is it possible to block cookies from one site without going through the pain of having to accept and deny each time I visit any site?

I have one site I frequent, the yahoo.ca URl thats run by a huge company in Canada and they constantly put a cookie on the system that overrides the search engine default.
