Plug-in USB/Flash Drive, Open New Finder Window Automatically???

MBP: 2.5 GHz Penryn; GeForce 8600M GT 512MB; 2GB RAM; 250GB 5400 RPM; Glossy; OS X 10.5.5; WinXP SP3
How do I get OS X to open a new finder when I plug in a USB/Flash drive? I can control what happens when a CD gets inserted, but I can't or the life of me figure out how to control the same for when a USB/Flash drive is inserted. I'd imagine this should be an option in the System Preferences, similar to the CD/DVD utility. That would make life easier! :|
