Change to Belgian (period) (new to mac)

Hey,

I'm new to Mac and might have some noob questions. One of them is how to change my keyboard into a Belgian period one. The only choice I have is Belgian. But I want the comma at the numerical keypad to be a period. Is there any way I can do that?
