Need Help with Splitting Projects In iMovie

Hi,

I have been on holiday and have a 3 hour long video in imovie all edited and ready to go to dvd so i go to export it to a large file and it completes then gives me a error code '2125' and i have had a look around and found out that this means the file is to large so i want to split it up into hour projects then export them in hour projects so my question is how do i go about doing this as i have looked around and haven't found anything??

I would duplicate the project (File-->Duplicate Project) and then edit the new version by cutting where needed. Keep the original project intact until you have created and edited your three new one-hour projects to your satisfaction.
