Hello all - I need to build a prototype web site as part of a new business plan and admittedly have no web design and programming experience (other than building a family web site using iWeb, which was way too easy and doesn't really count).

It doesn't need to be a full functioning site, just 2-3 pages to show an investor what it'll look like. Looking for relatively inexpensive software (something under $150) that is template driven, but also will allow me some customization. Anyone have suggestions? Would RapidWeaver work? Thanks very much.

you could use iweb to make the website that shows how the place works... or do you need workable buttons.
