Hi,
I saw this topic in a previous thread, but I still have a few more questions...
Apple's website states the mac mini uses 256mb DDR 333 SDRAM. If you wanted to upgrade using their site it still uses the DDR 333 SDRAM.
I'm looking at my mac mini's memory chip right now, and it has PC3200 256mb DDR 400 stamped on it.
I went to the www.crucial.com, and clicked on the categories relating to the mini. It had the PC2700 as an upgrade.
With that in mind should I upgrade to 1gig PC2700 DDR 333SDRAM, or 1gig PC3200 DDR 400? Would there be a significant performance difference? Does it really matter?
I wanted to us kingston memory.
Your input would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks,
Vake J.
