I'm cleaning my MacBook and found these in my iTunes folder:
Downloads - Several older podcasts that I thought were deleted, they are not in my podcasts on iTunes
AlbumArt - This folder has some album art
TvShows - Nothing

Then in the iTunesMusic Folder I have:
Podcasts - My current podcasts
Downlaods - Nothing
Movies - Nothing
TvShows - 3 Purchased Shows

Also in this folder I have several AlbumArt Files

My question is should I keep all the folders within the iTunes Music folder and delete the folders in the iTunes folder? Will this cause any problems?

I'm not too sure, but if you delete those folders with nothing in them- itunes may not run properly or at all. It may need to just "see" that those folders exist to run (even though there is nothing in them)... but that's just my guess

I'd just delete the items within them, but not the folders themselves.
