ive been seeing people on youtube with blankets or something over their heads

i find that it creates the most flattering light on the persons face..

how can i recreate something like this?

i cant fathom how they are hanging that blanket? i mean sounds like its easy enough but how do they do it?

it doesnt look like they r holding up the blanket?
