Color swatch wont delete (InDesign CS3)

hey there,

i have a swatch (pantone 4505 C) in an InDesign CS3 doc that won't delete. when i click on it in the palette the trash can is grayed out. any ideas how i can get rid of it? thanks in advance.

do you have an .eps file or other file placed in the indesign file that uses that color, if so then it will not let you delete it.
