A copy of Vista Home Premium will cost $99. VMware Fusion costs around $60. Boot Camp comes installed by default on your Mac.

So to answer your question, yes, you can get all the software for under $200.

You don't need all of that software. If you want to dual boot then Boot Camp will work fine, and it is already installed on your Mac. If you want to run Windows at the same time as OS X, you will need to buy either Parallels or VMware. You don't need both, just one or the other. So all you need to buy to get it running is a copy of Vista.
