Clicking old links prompts email?

I often click on a link and it sends me an email prompt. It looks like an envelope that goes into my download file. I use Entourage and do not use Mac Mail. I really don't want to set up a "Mail" account just so I can open these links. Most of the links I've encountered that don't open but send me an email icon seem to be links that are more/less archived or not recent information.

After clicking on above link select: Rogers Eliminator and Kids Races or one of the other races toward bottom of list on right.

Unless there actually is something that opens .mht files that seems to be typos in the filenames. Most of the rest of them are .htm files.

YEAH!!! I figured it out by saving .mht.eml file to my desktop and then clicking and holding ctrl I can choose to open with Entourage.
