ATI catalyst control center not working?

Has anyone else had an issue using the ATI CCC from the amd website? My CCC quit on me and now throws an error upon startup. I've already tried a handful of things incl. removing/recreating my windows partition (fresh install). No luck yet. I'm downloading the Windows XP>bootcamp>macbook pro CCC listed on the site.

You're not supposed to download drivers directly from the manufacturer of the part, you're supposed to use the ones Apple provides for Boot Camp.

Thanks for the response, but there isn't a driver issue. I'm interested in hearing from other users who actually use the CCC and understand it's function. It's worked just fine in the past but has recently failed.

FYI the drivers on the amd website work just as well as those on the leopard install disc.
