13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
I'm looking for a newspaper design/layout app that I believe is called something like News Hat Pro.

Never heard of it, I was under the impression that most newspapers use Quark Xpress, with maybe some moving over to InDesign

But if you cannot afford those Pro apps then Pages can get a simple newsletter / Newspaper done, as can the free DTP program Scribus
