Is anyone aware of to-do list software that can be run on the mac desktop and used on a mobile device (palm or blackberry or iphone) that has BOTH of the following capabilities:
1) can drag and drop tasks, or cut and paste them, to prioritize them
2) can assign a date to a task and not have the task show up on list until that date
