Can't get it to show desktop

Before i did the reformat of my Mac, i had my Logitech MX Revolution mouse programmed to show the desktop when i pressed one of the buttons, and show all windows with another. Now after i did that, i can't get them to work. I did try to remove Expose and Spaces with Appzapper, but they're still in system prefs so i know that just removed the icons. How can i get them to work? Even the buttons on my keyboard won't do them either.
