hello
i have used Xact to convert some FLAC audio files to AIFF. when i move them into iTunes and convert them to mp3, i can see them when they are converting, but then they disappear and i can't find them. if anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it. sorry if this is answered somewhere in the FAQs, i couldn't find it... much appreciated!

Use Spotlight or Cmd-F from Finder to search for the files. You know they have the .aiff format, so even using that criteria alone will show you where all .aiff files are/have gone. I suspect you'll find them somewhere like User > Music > FolderName.
