invisible files eating my HD... cant delete??

there are file on my MacHD that are using and wasting far too much valuable space.

they are definatly there, as HD is full... but my file do not add up to total by 50 GB...

i see these invisible file "vuze downloads" when browsing from withinn VUZE, when i set up save directory to select external HD...
but whenever i look with FINDER, they are not visible...

can i delete these as they are not needed.

please help..

What is VUZE?

Vuze - BitTorrent Client.

The OP has to use a browser to connect to Vuze, so the best suggestion I can make is to run Onyx to clean up both the OS and clear the browser cache.
