Form Design and Filling Program

I am new to the Mac family and I am in the process of breaking away from the PC world.

What I am looking for is any suggestions on a software package to fill and create forms for my office. Lot of my forms are pre-printed so want to be able to customize the software to these forms.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
