Cannot find Mail after creating a second user account

Macbook /OS X.4
Just swichted to Mac.
After creating a second user account with all administrative privileges, I cannot find in the new account the Mail application. Dock shows only a question mark (?).Not found in Applications folder either.

Please help.

If you log in to the other account do you still the the mail icon in the dock and in the application folder?

Yes, in the other account Mail is in the Application folder, it's in the Dock area and I can send and receive my mail.

To be precise, in the account having the Mail working, Mail is not in the Dock, it's in the screen area (the icon), when click on it the Mail icon appears bouncing in the Dock and program opens.
