Why is finder not showing preview of pictures?

When it comes to .jpgs I've noticed that the finder stopped showing the pictures. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it unless I'm looking for a specific picture in a huge folder and I have to press spacebar on each and every one of them jumble of letters.

If you click on the Action clicker in the bar for that window and View Options, is is Icon Preview checked?

Yep. It's clicked.

On the menu bar:

View - Show View Options

If 'Show icon preview' is already checked, uncheck and re-check it.

Nothing. I may have to use Apple Support on this.

I would think maybe the finder plist file is messed up.

I had the same issue FIXED

Above the preview info (file size, date, etc.) there's an arrow beside the word Preview. Click that.

I had the same issue for 2 months and just stumbled on it by accident.
