converting quicktime to flash

Does anyone know any good software to convert quicktime movies to flash media? I want to post some clips on a website through iweb and I know there is a way to do it. The only thing left is for me to convert from .flv format to .swf. Please advise.

Visual Hub does it to Flash format or raw FLV (whatever that is). Video Converter is another, but at a cost.

Still works (if you have it), but it's no longer available nor is it supported. I want to add to this thread by asking how one might get the trial version of VH to work in full? I'm quite willing to pay the US$25 or whatever it is, but all related VH links are now defunct.
