This is your captain speaking...

Just a few changes to take note of.

1. I have disabled the Threaded/Hybrid view, as I can see really no use to them, and from discussions I've had with others here, nobody else does either.

2. Removed the necessity to click the Quick Reply icon on the last post of a thread to make the Quick Reply work. This was required if the Threaded/Hybrid views were enabled. Which now, they're not. The Quick Reply no longer needs to be enabled in any manual way. Just click in the box and type away! :)

3. Removed the display of instant messenger icons at the bottom of each of your posts. You will now be required to look in the users profile to see available instant communication methods. This was do to the fact that we want the forums to look uniform for all users, and the icons in question make the browser, at some resolutions, popup scrollbars and disturb the beauty of our community :)

4. Removed the message length governor. You are no longer limited to 10,000 characters in your posts and private messages.

Please let me know if there are any issues.

no issues but i do like that you no longer have to click a button to quick reply because i cant tell you how many times i type a message in the quick reply and lose it because it resets it when you have to click to a person.
