Hi,
I am running Microsoft Office 12.1.2, and trying up update to 12.1.3. I have tried multiple times, and I keep getting stuck. It cannot find the previous version to update on my computer. (See image attached). I have tried to download the update and run it that way, didn't work. I even tried to run other version updates, and those didn't find it either.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jon

Does MS Office not have an Auto Update feature? I thought it did?
