Add multiple email addresses

I have Mac Mail 3.5 and I am looking on a how to.

I belong to a club with 85 people on an email listing. How do I add all 85 of the email addresses in Mac Mail to include giving this club a title name in my email address listing? What I mean by that, if I want to send a email to these people, I want to click on "XYZ Club" in the To section of my email program and send.

make a group in addressbook

You might want to break that down into smaller groups, so you will not be flagged, by your ISP as sending out spam.
