I just bought a 2nd Macbook Pro. Is there a way of installing the Leopard OS X system in my previous laptop? When I try installing it it and get to choose the language it gives me an error. Is there any way of by passing this step or doing something to install Leopard?

No. The discs are machine specific and will only work with the specific model machine they came with.

It is against the EULA to use it on more than one machine, anyway.

There is no way of paying the fee to Apple and be able to install it instead of waiting for the operating system ship to me? It's a matter of gaining time.
